THE Fleurieu Film Festival IS BACK AGAIN FOR 2019
SATURDAY 9 February, 7.00 pm - 11.30 pm
S.C. Pannell, Mclaren Vale
We are excited to announce the 2019 theme for the Fleurieu Film Festival:
"Climate Change - Hot Topic/Kool Films"
A Message to Film Makers
In a unique approach to making art from science, City of Onkaparinga are partnering with the Fleurieu Film Festival offering film makers access to the information and data that they use to plan for and respond to the impacts of climate change.
We’re particularly excited by council’s 3D computer model of Onkaparinga’s 31km coastline. Council uses it to monitor coastal erosion, impacts from storms and sea-level rise but it can also be used to generate animations and film footage. You can get your hands on it by contacting Nina Keath, Senior Strategic Planner, City of Onkaparinga firstname.lastname@example.org
We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
There are plenty of other resources that council is willing to share with film makers too. So, don’t be shy and get in touch!
